Board of Directors

The overall operation of the Scottish Throughcare & Aftercare Forum is managed by the Forum's Board of Directors. The Board of Directors is voted in at our yearly.  The Board are responsible for the Forum's governance. On the 21st of June 2005 the Forum was registered as a Company Limited by Guarantee. Management of the Forum

The Forum's Hub is the representative group which provides feedback on the general direction of the Forum's activities. It meets quarterly to consider key areas of focus and provides channels of communication between the Forum's various groups and networks. There are 15-20 members of the Hub who represent all the Forum's regional & focus groups and other key sectors.  Membership to the Hub is approved at the Forum's AGM each year.

Staffing

The Forum employs a National Co-coordinator who manages the day-to-day running and future development of the Forum.  The National Co-coordinator reports to the Board of Directors and currently manages the Forum's Administrator and volunteers.
