This year's Scottish Throughcare & Aftercare Forum Annual Conference will take place on Thursday the 26th of November at the Apex City Quay Hotel in Dundee.

Registration for the conference will take place between 9.30 and 10.00am with the conference due to finish at approximately 4.30pm.

This year's conference theme is 'Supporting young people looked after at home' and should be attended by everyone involved in supporting young people leaving care and young people themselves.

Please note that the Forum's AGM will be held during the conference lunch break and those wishing to attend should indicate this in the comments box at the end of the online booking form.
