FAQ

What can I do if I don't think a young person is getting all the support or help that they need?

Sometimes a young person may need someone to help advocate or speak out on their behalf. A young person can approach Who Cares? Scotland or the Children’s Rights Officer to get help with this. Concerns should be raised with social work or throughcare & aftercare staff. Every Local Authority has to have procedures in place to respond to any concerns or complaints.
